Error 4164 in RepCAT log: the server where the agent is running has to be listed by remote machine as trusted server
In the RepCAT Log the following error is displayed: "To open database on remote machines the server where the agent is running has to be listed by remote machine as trusted server".

This error usually occurs when the collect/compare task is scheduled to run on the Lotus Domino Server.
For a server to open a database on another server, the server should be listed in the 'Trusted servers' field on the server document of the server that it tries to open the database on. The 'Trusted servers' field can be found on the server document in the domino directory, on the tab 'Security'.

Please contact support@aedificomm.com if changing the server document does not solve the problem.
